Acorn-i’s proprietary eCommerce reporting and insights technology, Ignite, has been shortlisted for an award by The Drum. The Drum Agency Business Awards shortlist for Best Agency Built Technology was announced on Friday 8th October 2020 with Ignite, by Acorn-i, one of five shortlisted for the award. The awards are judged by a panel of industry veterans and leaders from across the UK with the winners due to be announced on Friday 23rd October.
Ignite is Acorn-i’s proprietary technology solution for brands and sellers that sell products on Amazon and direct-to-consumer via online webstores. Ignite consolidates large eCommerce data sets into a series of insightful reports to empower users to quickly understand critical business metrics and identify where to invest time and resource. Early adopters of Ignite have been able to achieve more in less time, gain a quick understanding of key metrics, identify and quickly address areas to invest, and shed light on previously opaque areas in regard to eCommerce shopper intent, marketing performance and sales.

Ignite was initially created for Acorn-i client services teams to manage account tasks at scale and deliver better results for clients but has now been developed into a client accessible technology. Since February 2020, brands and partners working with Acorn-i have been able to leverage Ignite to improve key performance drivers such as content optimisation, advertising measurement and optimisation, stock management, retail hygiene and new product development initiatives. In August this year Acorn-i released version 2.0 of Ignite that included enhanced features, data and insights enabling clients and partners to surface more than 300 dimensions and measurement combinations down to the product level. Acorn-i’s product and technology development team worked closely with clients and internal teams to ensure Ignite addresses some of the most complex problems facing brands as they navigate today’s climate and changing shopper behaviour.
