Acorn Intelligence Launch Proprietary Reporting and Analytics Solution

10th February 2020 – Acorn Intelligence has launched Ignite, a proprietary technology solution for brands and sellers that sell products on Amazon. Ignite consolidates large eCommerce data sets into a series of insightful reports to empower users to quickly understand critical business metrics and identify where to invest time and resource. Early adopters of Ignite have been able to achieve more in less time, gain a quick understanding of key metrics, identify and quickly address areas to invest, and shed light on previously opaque areas – “I’m already making findings I wouldn’t have done without this tool”, says one beta partner.    

Launched in 2018, Acorn Intelligence (Acorn-i) specialises in working with companies that want to grow online sales and brand presence. Having been founded by two ex-Amazon employees, the company provides a deep understanding of online marketplaces and how brands can leverage the likes of Amazon and eBay to reach millions of consumers. With the release of Ignite, clients and partners of Acorn-i can gain a competitive advantage in leveraging Amazon as a sales and brand building platform while improving operational efficiencies. 

As reported by Amazon, events buying is a major driver of consumer online purchasing with more than 18m Prime Day transactions on Amazon in 2019 and Singles Day accounting for $38bn on Alibaba. A unique feature of Ignite is the ability to forecast shopper intent around peak seasonal shopper behaviours, allowing brands to more effectively plan for stock and promotional campaigns management.  

Ignite has been developed for locale, international and global partners and is available in all supported Amazon marketplaces globally with real-time currency conversion for 32 currencies.

Acorn-i plans to release additional features and data sets accessible via the Ignite customer dashboard throughout 2020 with the longer-term vision of providing a single platform solution for brands and sellers to more effectively manage Amazon and eCommerce sales channels.
