Ross Caveille

Co-Founder

Ross is a Co-Founder at Acorn-i. Prior to Acorn-i, Ross spent five years at Amazon in senior product and advertising roles, having led the development of the A9 EU team before becoming General Manager of the Amazon DSP. He has 20 years’ experience in the digital advertising industry predominantly in commercial and product roles within both start-up and global corporations

Claire Leon

Co-Founder

Claire is one of the Co-Founders at Acorn-i. She previously spent seven years at Amazon, where she had a key role in bringing its advertising platform to market in the UK and building partnerships with agencies at a global level. Claire is also a mentor for working parents, particularly women, in the advertising and media industry; counselling them on how to thrive in their careers while balancing personal responsibilities.

James Poll

CTO

James is Chief Technology Officer at Acorn-i. Prior to joining Acorn-i, James spent 20 years in software engineering roles across a range of sectors, including a decade in insurance and a stint in renewable energy at Ofgem. He then moved into digital advertising as Head of Engineering at The Exchange Lab – where he helped develop the industry’s first Meta-DSP (demand-side platform).
